Home made whipped cream

while my french toast was cooking, i decided to whip up {ha!} some whipped cream for my berries.

to start, i poured some vanilla extract in my mixing bowl

then poured some heavy whipping cream

now, don’t be like me and forget about the powdered sugar until it’s almost done! put your powdered sugar in now. i usually add a heaping spoon full in to start; the amount of sugar is going to depend on your personal taste. i like just a hint of sugar.

ok, now put your mixer on high speed and mix until it’s the consistancy of whipped cream. be careful not to mix it too long, it will turn to butter!

and your done! it only takes a few minutes to make and is sooooo good!
